Where your order goes, how long it takes, and how to track it.
Processing Time
Every order is handmade or hand-finished to order, so please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process and pack your bracelets before they ship. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Delivery Estimates
All orders are currently fulfilled as pre-orders and are shipped out as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks from your order date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders above €65. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in your order total at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If a few days have passed and your tracking hasn't updated, reach out to us through the contact form and we'll look into it.

How long does shipping take?+
All orders are currently fulfilled as pre-orders and are shipped out as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks from your order date. If your order ends up arriving later than that, we'll send you a coupon for 50% off your next order — and in the rare case that it doesn't arrive at all, we'll give you a full refund.

Yes — shipping is free on all orders above €65. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
